1. Injection Molding &ndash High-Precision Manufacturing Technology

Injection molding is the most common and advanced technology in mold and plastic production.
The process involves: feeding plastic pellets &rarr melting &rarr injecting into the mold cavity &rarr cooling &rarr ejecting the finished part.
Common materials: ABS, PP, PC, POM, PA.

At DPT Vietnam, servo-controlled injection machines ensure high precision and repeatability, ideal for producing technical components such as electrical housings, automotive parts, toys, electronic devices, and consumer products.

2. Plastic Extrusion &ndash Continuous Shaping with Dimensional Accuracy

Extrusion molding is used to produce continuous-profile plastic products such as pipes, cables, sheets, and rods.
Process: plastic pellets are melted &rarr extruded through a die &rarr cooled &rarr cut to length.
Materials: PE, PVC, PP, PET.

Our extrusion lines feature precision screws and dies, providing high consistency for applications in water systems, lighting, construction materials, and electrical components.

3. Blow Molding &ndash Lightweight and Hollow Product Solutions

Blow molding technology is designed for creating hollow plastic items such as bottles, containers, and packaging.
Process: extruding or injecting a parison &rarr inflating it with compressed air inside the mold &rarr cooling &rarr releasing the part.
Materials: HDPE, PET, PP.

Applications include food packaging, lubricants, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, ensuring strength, clarity, and uniform wall thickness.

4. Thermoforming &ndash Flexible and Cost-Effective Production

In thermoforming, plastic sheets are heated until soft &rarr vacuum- or pressure-formed over a mold &rarr trimmed to shape.
Common plastics: PS, PET, PVC, PP.

This method is ideal for producing component trays, food containers, cups, and industrial packaging.
Advantages include low mold cost, short cycle time, and easy product customization.
