Concrete tray is a plastic part or in the construction industry called concrete mold. To distinguish it from the topic of the article, the author would like to use the phrase CONCRETE TRAY. After having a CONCRETE TRAY, the user will pour the concrete mixture that has been mixed according to the ratio into the tray and wait for the time for the concrete mixture to solidify and then take out the product with the exact shape as the shape of the tray.

• Mold making steel: S55C, P20
• Mold size:
  + Length x width: Depends on the number of cavities and the basic size of the product (length x width x height).

         + Mold thickness: depends on product height

• Mold type: 2-plate mold, injected directly into the product.
• Production time: 40-45 days

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF PLASTIC MOLDING:

• The product thickness is large from 3 - 5 mm, so the cooling requirement is very large to ensure that the product surface does not shrink, reducing the time of 1 molding cycle.
• The surface gloss of the mold cavity: (pestle, mortar) needs to be high to avoid sticking to the pestle or mortar during the product casting process, to avoid cracking or breaking the product.
• Solid mold structure to withstand large pressure due to large product weight, produced on large machines.
• The mold ensures automatic running.
